YEEEHARRR! Gots me some haulage!

Yes indeed, if I  haven’t been wearing and swatching polish, I’ve been busy buying it! The number of untrieds in my stash is reaching some ridiculous percentage now (about 76%, eep!). I’m buying it faster than I can wear it but this isn’t my fault because there are just so many wonderful colours on offer! Anyway, on with the latest additions to my collection.  Don’t worry, I didn’t get these all at once! Got these babies were acquired over a few weeks.

OPI – Windy City Pretty & Apricotcha Cheating

China Glaze – Gussied up Green; ORLY – Enchanted Forest; Illamasqua – Rampage & MILF.
I’m the biggest OPI whore ever and I know it (it just happens that they’re good and the most accessible to me – I tend to get lazy and stick with it when I find a good thing). In a bid to diversify, I got these! They’re all green… Coincidence? Maybe this is telling you something, OPI! But hey, a chance to try some other stuff! I would really love to own some Rescue Beauty Lounge polishes some day (especially the blogger ones… and Dead Calm.. and Teal.. and Coral! Ok, I will stop now)!

OPI – If the Fuschia Fits ; And this Little Piggy; Paint my Moji-toes Red; Plugged in Plum; Chapel of Love

OPI – Eiffel for this Color; Midnight Blue Glitter; Baby its Coal Outside; Glacier Bay Blues; China Glaze – Gussied up Green

Rimmel – Go Cobalt

OPI – Mediterranean Moonlight, You Dont Know Jacques & My Daddys the King!

And that’s all for today, folks! I’m aware that I have more pictures of polish in bottles than I do of it on my nails. I do get around to swatching them eventually and average at about one colour for every three/four days. I just cringe at removing polish when I don’t need to. Not that I should be worried about ever running out, it’s just the Asian kicking in. Heh!

Henry Hatsworth in the Puzzling Adventure

Uni is out for the semester and it’s time to put my head down to some study. We all know, though, that this isn’t what is going to happen. Worst idea ever, but I’ve picked up the DS again and have discovered a game that I will no doubt be playing instead of studying. Eep!

It combines two of my favourite things – platform action and puzzles – into one awesome game!!

I love the game’s take on the pompous English discoverers of the whatever-th century, it cracks me up! If you build up enough power, Henry can go into ‘Tea Time’ which turns you into a robot and effectively means game over for all the onscreen enemies. At the end of each level, you’re congratulated with “good show!”. How adorable!

NOTD – OPI – Malaga Wine

So, this is a nail polish follow up of  my last post. I wore this to the new member reception last week because thought it would be more approriate (read: boring) but I guess red is a whole lot better than those soft ’sheer’ shades that I have successfully managed to keep my stash free of. Don’t get me wrong, I like red polish, there’s something about it. It has a way of making me feel womanly and some what classy (for lack of a better description) and it will always be the classic colour but it just did not have me fawning over it like I was with Back to the Beach Peach (which I was really sad about having to remove, by the way). But there you have it, a swatch of OPI’s Malaga wine, a deep, sexy red.
