Check out this lady beetle I found hanging out in front of my house last week! I wonder why they are called what they are called because this one came across as being a boy. Probably because he was orange (which is very cool!) and not your usual red or yellow. He was also bigger than most other lady beetles I’ve seen.

He was pretty friendly and was happy to crawl around on my hand without flying away.
And yes, the nail colour was purely coincidental! Excuse the chip, this paint job was over a week old!
